Quality Peoples is a surf-culture label I co-founded and ran with my creative partner, one of us in Mexico, one in Hawaii, both surfers and graphic designers. We built the brand together across that distance, the visual identity, the graphic language, the lookbooks and campaigns. Alongside the shared creative work, I ran the business and production. I also organized, art directed, and shot the seasonal campaigns myself. It grew to eighteen countries and sixty-plus accounts, with collaborations including The Gap and Mike D of the Beastie Boys.
